$150.00 deposit at booking is required to hold date. Balance is due the day of the charter trip. All Trips are “Weather Permitting”. NO EXCEPTIONS. Bringing you home safe is my top priority. Cancellation due to weather is at the discretion of Captain Trent. Alternate dates will be offered or a full refund will be given if an alternate date is not available. Trips will not be cancelled until the morning of the scheduled charter. This is due to inaccurate forecasts unless it is 100% certain of bad weather for a few days. Cancellation of trip by customer will result in the loss of the deposit.
